Time to separate the men from the boys! It all comes down to skill and pace for this work out. It’s a 14 minute AMRAP not eight so break up your muscle ups and get thru the wall balls as fast as possible. Rest time should be 3-5 seconds and no more. I recommend breaking the double unders 50/50.

Rest as needed then

7 Ring Muscle ups
50 Wall Balls
100 Double Unders
