Option 1:

A) Warm up:
10 Empty bar OH walking lunges
10 Cal Assault Air Bike

B) BB Gymnastics:
3 attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch.
3 attempts to establish a 1RM Clean & Jerk.

*Rest as needed between all attempts.

C) Met-Con:
For time:
Row 2k
50 Pistols (alternating legs)
30 Hang Cleans (any style) 185/135#

*15 minute time cap.

Option 2:
If you are doing 15.4

A) Warm up:
5min EMOM
3 Power Cleans 135/95
*add 10# each minute (final weight 175)
3 HSPU

Rest as needed – then –

Open 15.4
