*notes: light weight. focus/train the body down under the bar in the jerk. Work on timing becoming aggressive and  accurate in the jerk.  

BB Gymnastics:
3x (3+3) – Pause Jerk + Jerk
2, 2, 3 – Power Clean
3, 3, 2 – Push Press

Met-Con:
