D) Met-Con:
12 minute AMRAP of:
7 Hang Power Cleans (155#/105#)
14 Front Squats (155#/105#)
200m Run

E) Gymnastics Work:
5 Rounds
10 Alternating weighted pistols
*Rest 1 minute – Heavy enough to be challenging, moderate enough to be doable for all 50 reps. Use KB, plate or vest.
