A) Warm up:
5 Rounds of ‘Cindy’
5 Pull ups
10 Push ups
15 Air Squats

B) Strength:
5 x 1 – Back Squats – *start @90% and increase AHAP

C) Met-Con:
1K Row
50 Overhead Squats (105#/75#)
30 Ring Dips
10 KB Swings

D) Gymnastics Works:
5 minute AMRAP of:
3 UB Muscle ups (rings)

E) Endurance:
10 Minutes
Max Calories on Airdyne
*Don’t be a whiner and get it done!
