B) BB Gymnastics:
1) 3 x 1 – 3 Tall Jerk + 3 Push Jerk BNK in Split – (light)
2) 3 x 1 – 5 Push Press + 1 Pause Jerk – @ 80%; 75%, 70%

C) Strength:
3 x 5 – Weighted Lunge – 3 sets per leg – (%of1RMSquat)
5 x 3 – Back Squat Jump – @ 20% – (%of1RMSquat)
*Weighted lunge and Back Squat jump stay at same weight

D) Met-Con:
‘Helen’
400m Run
21 KB Swings (53#/35#)
12 Pull ups
