10 Goblet Squats (53#/35#)
10 KB Swings (53#/35#)
10 Toes to Bar
200m Run

Test:
‘Isabel’
30 Snatches @ (135#/95#)
*You can Power, Split, Squat any form is acceptable. Just don’t video tape if you’re ‘Diamond Dave Monkey Humping Snatching’
