We will be adding a rep each week for a while so don’t bite too much off week 1. This is skill work, not volume work.

B: Met-Con:
4 Rounds
Every 4 Minutes complete:
10 Power Cleans 165/110
20 Burpees
Rest remainder of the 4 minutes

*Make sure to get plenty of rest between B & C

C: Interval Work:
‘Rowing Sprints’
EMOM for 8 minutes
