2) 3 x 1 – 3-Position Snatch (Floor, Hang, High-Hang) @ 90% of Max from #1

Strength:
Front Squat – Warm Up set, 5@75%, 3@85%, 1@95%

Met-Con:
15 minute AMRAP of:
21 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
15 Front Rack *Reverse Lunge (115/75)
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Interval Work:
4 Rounds
Every 3 minutes (12 minute running clock)
