BB Gymnastics:
1) Establish a 1RM 2 Position Hang Snatch (low hang-2″ from floor- to the hang at the top of the knees).
2) 3X1 2 Position Hang Snatch @ 85% of 1RM from #1

Strength:
1) Front Squat – Warm up, 5@60%, 5@65%, 5@70%
2a) 4X8 Weighted Ring Row (feet should be even with the hands – AHAP
2b) 4X6 Jumping Good Mornings @ 40%-50% of C&J Max or AHAP

Conditioning:
1K Row
100 Double Unders
1 mile Run

Interval Work:
21 Push-ups
21 Ring dips
21 HSPU
Rest 1 minute
15 Push-ups
15 Ring dips
15 HSPU
Rest 1 minute
9 Push-ups
9 Ring dips
9 HSPU
