Here we go, boys and girls… For the BBG portion of the work keep the weight light to medium and focus on power, speed and balance. It’s always great to see high level athletes stay humble in pursuit of their goals.

BB Gymnastics:
15 minutes working on Hang Snatch to High Pull
15 minutes working on Heaving Snatch Balance
15 minutes working on OH Squat
*work on power (high pull), speed (heaving snatch balance) and comfort under load at bottom of OH Squat position

Conditioning:
AMRAP 20 Minutes
40 Wallballs (20/14)
1 Rope Climb
20 Burpees to target
1 Rope Climb
10 Clean and jerks (135/95)
200m Run

Gymnastics Work:
AMRAP 2 minutes of:
Max sets of 3 unbroken HSPU
Rest 2 minutes
AMRAP 2 minutes of:
Max sets of 2 unbroken HSPU
Rest 2 minutes
Max strict HSPU in 1 minute
