BB Gymnastics:
3 minutes to find a Max Load of 3RM 3 Position Snatch
(from the ground, below the knees, above the knees. Any style of snatch will be accepted, including a power, squat, and split snatch. complete Max OH Squats at heaviest snatch load for tie breaker)

A) Conditioning:
EMOM for 15 Minutes of:
Min 1:  4 Pistols + 2 Muscle ups (Bar OK)
Min 2:  3 Hang Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats (Unbroken) (155/115)
Min 3:  3 Bar Facing Burpees + 3 Strict HSPU

B) Conditioning:
AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:
20 Overhead Plate Lunges (45/25)
10 Toes to Bar
5 Deadlifts (185/135)
200m Run
