KB Power Snatch (70/53)
**2 Burpee Broad Jumps between each movement

Strength:
15 minutes to establish a 3RM Front Squat

1) Conditioning:
10 min AMRAP
Wall Balls (20/14)
5 Hang Power Cleans (165/115)

2) Conditioning:
3 Rounds of:
11 BB Snatch grip OH Lunges (95/65)
21 Burpees
1 Legless Rope Climb
**PART B: Wall Balls are ascending reps of 5-10-15-20…etc.
**HPC are done in between each set of Wall Balls….5 wb, 5 Hpc…10 wb, 5 hpc…etc.
