BB GYMNASTICS:
1) 15 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch Balance.
This is a Snatch Balance anyway possible. As a reference point, the goal is to Snatch Balance 100%+ of your max Snatch.
2a) 3X3 Snatch Balances @ 80% of 1RM from #1
2b) 3X3 Snatch Pull from Boxes at Bottom of the Knee @ 110% of max Snatch

STRENGTH:
Bench Press – 3×3 @80%

1) CONDITIONING:
100 Double Unders

5 Rounds
10-Power Snatch (95/65) (From the floor every time)
10-Toes to Bar
-then-
100 Double Unders

2) CONDITIONING:
AMRAP 6 Minutes
7 GHD Sit Ups
7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (135/95)

ENDURANCE:
