BB GYMNASTICS:
1) 5X3 Snatch from blocks (above the knee) @ 85%
2) 4X4 Snatch Pull to Hips – AHAP

STRENGTH:
Front/Back Squat: 4x 7/13 @65% of Front Squat 1RM
Explanation: complete 7 Front Squats then Rack the weight & complete 13 Back Squats @ 65% of Front Squat 1RM. No rest between front/Back Squat. repeat for a total of 4 sets

MET-CON:
100 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

GYMNASTICS WORK:
Strict Pull-Ups – 5×5

CONDITIONING:
3 Rounds of:
400m Run
20 Overhead Squats (95/65)
*The entire piece should be completed with a vest (20/10)
