BBGYMNASTICS:
Clean and Jerk – 1 Full Clean and Split Jerk EMOM for 8 minutes @70-80%
*Only increase above 70% if everything feels light and fast

STRENGTH:
Deadlift – 5×5 @75-80%
*Keep the same weight for all reps. If you can’t complete the work, drop the weight and get the work done right.

METCON A:

METCON B:
